Returns

Online Return Policy. Fur, handbags, hats, jewelry, undergarments, sale items and gift cards are all FINAL SALE.

All return request must be made within 14 days of order delivery. All ship backs on return orders must be received within 14 days of return approval.

To be eligible, your return cannot be final sale merchandise, it must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. Shoes must be returned with the shoe box and shipped in a shipping box not shipped solely in the shoebox itself. Bathing suits must have the hygiene sticker attached in its original condition. We reserve the right to deny any returns that we do not feel meet these requirements.

The return shipping cost is always the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to receiving an incorrect or defective item. The cost of the prepaid return shipping label that you receive from us will be deducted from the total return amount that you are credited.

Refunds for returns are processed within 3 days after we receive the merchandise. Returns are processed Monday-Friday.

For returns we refund the original form of payment, excluding the shipping cost. For store credit, we will email you a store credit in the form of a gift card.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@requisitenorthloop.com. Please include first & last name, order number, what you wish to return and why.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. This shipping label that we email to you after approving your return is the only accepted way to ship back your return or exchange. Items sent back to us without an approved return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, and your payment method is credited, or you receive your gift card, to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund and this is not in our control.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
